We have never bothered with this kind of bullshit in the past, but
have done this time for two reasons
Our business is growing and we sell scooter gear all over the world.
People have a right to know what happens if an item is faulty, doesn't
fit or is just unsuitable.
Most of our customers know us and trust us, and many of them are
friends. Those who are new customers and don't know us, need to know
what to do if they are not happy with the goods they receive.
We will try to get orders out as soon as possible, but obviously that
is subject to stock, so please allow 28 days incase an item is
temporarily out of stock. If you need an item for a particular date,
please ring us first and confirm the item is in stock.
All orders are sent by post office or courier. If an item is of high
value we insure it. If it goes missing, we will track the item and if we
are sure that the post office / courier company is at fault, we will
replace the item and pay postage to resend the goods to you.
If an item is faulty, please return it to us, with your invoice for
exchange or refund (including your postal costs).
If an item is unsuitable, please return the item to us
for exchange or refund excluding postal costs.
